1. Overview

Golden Eye Enterprise LLC is committed to providing a secure, transparent, and professional payment experience for all clients. This Payments and Security page describes the payment methods accepted by the Company, the security standards and technologies used to protect financial transactions, the Company’s data handling practices in relation to payment information, and the rights and obligations of clients in connection with the payment process.

All payments for services offered by Golden Eye Enterprise LLC are processed through secure, industry-standard payment systems. The Company does not engage in the collection or storage of sensitive payment card data on its own systems. All financial transactions are handled exclusively through vetted, compliant third-party payment processors operating under applicable financial regulations and security standards.

Clients are encouraged to review this page alongside the Company’s Terms of Service and Refund and Cancellation Policy for a complete understanding of all payment-related terms and procedures.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

Golden Eye Enterprise LLC currently accepts payment through the following methods:

2.1 Credit and Debit Cards via Stripe

The Company accepts major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe, Inc., a leading global payment infrastructure provider. Accepted card networks include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, subject to availability in the client’s country of issuance. Card payments are processed in real time upon checkout or upon receipt of an invoice, as applicable.

Stripe is a certified Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Level 1 service provider, which is the highest level of PCI DSS certification available. Card data entered during checkout is transmitted directly to Stripe’s secure servers and is never transmitted through or stored on the Company’s own systems. Stripe’s privacy and data security practices are governed by Stripe’s own Privacy Policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy, and its terms of service.

2.2 ACH Bank Transfer

The Company accepts payments via Automated Clearing House (ACH) bank transfer for clients with US-based bank accounts. ACH transfers are processed through the US banking system and are typically settled within three (3) to five (5) business days of initiation. ACH payment instructions, including the Company’s bank routing number and account number, are provided directly to the client upon request or as part of the invoice.

ACH transactions are governed by the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) rules and applicable US federal banking regulations. The Company processes ACH payments through a regulated US financial institution in compliance with applicable bank secrecy, anti-money laundering (AML), and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.

2.3 International Wire Transfer

The Company accepts international wire transfers for clients located outside the United States or for clients who prefer wire transfer as a payment method. Wire transfer instructions, including the Company’s bank name, account number, routing number (ABA), SWIFT/BIC code, and IBAN (where applicable), are provided directly to the client upon request or as part of the invoice.

International wire transfers are typically settled within three (3) to seven (7) business days, depending on the originating country, the client’s financial institution, and the number of intermediary correspondent banks involved. The client is solely responsible for all wire transfer fees, correspondent bank charges, and currency conversion costs charged by their financial institution or intermediary banks. The Company will credit only the net amount received after any deductions made by intermediary banks.

All wire transfers are processed through a US-regulated financial institution in compliance with applicable AML, KYC, and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) screening requirements.

2.4 Additional Payment Methods

The Company may, at its sole discretion, accept additional payment methods on a case-by-case basis for custom engagements. Any alternative payment method must be agreed upon in writing between the Company and the client prior to the commencement of services. The Company reserves the right to decline any payment method that does not meet its compliance or operational requirements.

3. Payment Currency and Pricing

All prices displayed on the Website and in invoices issued by the Company are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). The Company does not accept payment in other currencies unless expressly agreed upon in writing for a specific custom engagement.

For international clients making payment in a currency other than USD, currency conversion is performed by the client’s financial institution or payment provider at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. The Company is not responsible for any currency conversion losses, foreign transaction fees, or exchange rate fluctuations between the date of quotation and the date of payment. The client bears all costs associated with currency conversion and international payment processing.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Price changes will not affect service packages already purchased and paid in full. All applicable taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the client and will be added to invoices where required by applicable law.

4. Payment Security Standards

4.1 PCI DSS Compliance

The Company is committed to maintaining the security of payment card data in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). The Company achieves PCI DSS compliance through the use of Stripe as its primary card payment processor. Stripe holds PCI DSS Level 1 certification, which is the most stringent level of certification available in the payment card industry and is awarded to service providers that process more than six million card transactions annually under rigorous third-party audit.

By routing all card payment processing through Stripe, the Company minimizes its own PCI DSS scope. The Company does not collect, transmit, store, or process raw payment card data, including full card numbers (Primary Account Numbers), card verification values (CVV/CVC), or magnetic stripe data, on its own systems or servers.

4.2 Transport Layer Security (TLS) Encryption

All data transmitted between the client’s browser and the Website, including any payment-related information, is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol, currently at TLS 1.2 or higher. TLS encryption ensures that data in transit cannot be intercepted or read by unauthorized third parties. Clients can verify the presence of a valid TLS certificate by looking for the padlock icon in their browser’s address bar when accessing the Website.

4.3 Tokenization

When a client makes a payment through Stripe, Stripe uses tokenization technology to replace sensitive card data with a unique, randomly generated identifier (“token”). This token is used for transaction processing and, where applicable, for recurring billing. The token cannot be reverse-engineered to reveal the underlying card data. Tokenization ensures that sensitive payment information is never stored in a form that could be exploited in the event of a security incident.

4.4 Fraud Detection and Prevention

The Company uses Stripe’s built-in fraud detection tools, including Stripe Radar, to monitor transactions for signs of fraudulent activity. Stripe Radar uses machine learning to analyze transaction patterns and identify potentially fraudulent payments in real time. Transactions flagged as high-risk may be subject to additional verification requirements or may be declined to protect both the client and the Company.

The Company also maintains internal controls to detect and prevent payment fraud, including verification of payment authorization for large or unusual transactions, and monitoring for patterns consistent with identity theft or unauthorized card use.

4.5 Secure Invoice Handling

Where the Company issues invoices to clients for payment by ACH transfer or wire transfer, invoices are transmitted through secure, encrypted communication channels. Clients who receive invoices by email are advised to verify the sender’s email address before making any payment and to contact the Company immediately at consulting@goldeneyeenterpise.com if they receive any communication requesting payment to account details that differ from those previously provided.

The Company will never request changes to payment account details through informal channels such as personal email addresses, social media, or text message. Any request to update payment account details will be made through official Company communication from consulting@goldeneyeenterpise.com and, where the change is material, confirmed by a follow-up telephone call or secondary verification method.

5. What the Company Does Not Store

In the interest of full transparency, the Company confirms that it does not store, retain, or have access to the following categories of sensitive payment data on its own systems:

  • Full payment card numbers (Primary Account Numbers or PANs).
  • Card verification values or codes (CVV, CVC, CVC2, CVV2, CID, or equivalent).
  • Card expiry dates in combination with card numbers.
  • Magnetic stripe data or chip data from payment cards.
  • Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) or PIN blocks associated with debit or credit card transactions.
  • Online banking credentials, including usernames, passwords, or one-time passcodes associated with the client’s bank accounts.

All of the above data is handled exclusively by the Company’s regulated third-party payment processors (principally Stripe) in compliance with applicable PCI DSS requirements. The Company retains only transaction confirmation data, such as transaction IDs, payment status, amount paid, and invoice references, which are necessary for accounting, reconciliation, and client service purposes.

6. Regulatory Compliance

6.1 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC)

The Company is committed to operating in full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) laws and regulations. The Company’s financial transactions are processed through US-regulated financial institutions that maintain their own AML and KYC programs in compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), the USA PATRIOT Act, and applicable Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) regulations.

The Company reserves the right to request additional identity verification information from clients in connection with transactions that trigger AML or KYC review requirements, including transactions of unusual size, frequency, or origin. Clients who are unable or unwilling to provide requested verification information may have their transactions declined and their engagements terminated.

6.2 OFAC Sanctions Screening

The Company’s payment processors conduct real-time screening of transactions against the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List) and other applicable sanctions lists. Transactions involving individuals, entities, or jurisdictions subject to OFAC sanctions will be declined and reported as required by applicable law. The Company does not accept payment from, or provide services to, individuals or entities located in OFAC-sanctioned countries or territories.

6.3 EU Payment Services Compliance

For clients located in the European Union, the Company’s payment processing arrangements with Stripe and other EU-regulated service providers comply with applicable EU payment services regulations, including the Revised Payment Services Directive (PSD2) and its Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements. SCA may require clients in the EU to complete additional authentication steps during checkout, such as entering a one-time passcode sent by their bank, in accordance with PSD2 requirements.

6.4 GDPR and Data Protection in Payment Processing

The processing of personal data in connection with payment transactions is conducted in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the GDPR for EU-based clients. Personal data collected in connection with payment processing, including names, billing addresses, and email addresses, is processed solely for the purposes of transaction execution, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance. Payment-related personal data is retained for the period required by applicable tax and financial record-keeping regulations, typically seven (7) years.

Stripe acts as a data processor for personal data processed through its payment infrastructure and is subject to Stripe’s own GDPR compliance framework, including its Data Processing Agreement, which Stripe makes available to users of its services.

7. Payment Timing and Invoice Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are as follows:

  • Standard service packages (Foundation, Growth, Elite): Full payment is due prior to commencement of services. Services will not begin until payment is confirmed by the Company.
  • Custom engagements: A deposit of up to fifty percent (50%) of the total agreed project value may be required prior to commencement, with the balance due at agreed milestones or upon completion, as specified in the applicable project agreement.
  • Invoice due date: Unless specified otherwise on the invoice, all invoices are due within seven (7) calendar days of the invoice date.
  • Late payment: Overdue amounts are subject to a late payment fee of one and a half percent (1.5%) per month, compounded monthly, from the due date until full payment is received, as set forth in the Terms of Service.

Invoices are issued in USD and include all information required by applicable law, including the Company’s legal name, address, and any applicable tax identification numbers. Clients requiring specific invoice formats for their own accounting or compliance purposes should notify the Company prior to purchase.

8. Failed, Declined, and Reversed Payments

In the event that a payment is declined, fails to process, or is reversed for any reason:

  • The Company will notify the client by email as soon as the failed or declined payment is identified.
  • The client must resolve the payment issue and provide a valid alternative payment method within five (5) business days of notification.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend all Services immediately upon identification of a failed or declined payment and to withhold delivery of Deliverables until payment is successfully completed.
  • If a payment is reversed by the client’s financial institution or payment provider (including as a result of a chargeback), the Company reserves the right to take all steps described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the Terms of Service, including disputing the reversal and pursuing recovery of amounts owed.

The Company is not responsible for any delays in service delivery resulting from payment failures, declined transactions, or payment processing issues attributable to the client’s financial institution or payment provider.

9. Receipts and Payment Confirmation

Upon successful processing of a payment, the Company or its payment processor will issue an electronic receipt or payment confirmation to the email address provided by the client at the time of purchase. Clients are responsible for retaining payment confirmations and receipts for their own accounting and tax records.

If a client does not receive a payment confirmation within twenty-four (24) hours of completing a transaction, the client should first check their spam or junk mail folder and then contact the Company at consulting@goldeneyeenterpise.com to verify the status of their payment. The Company will not commence services until payment has been confirmed through the Company’s own payment records.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the following in connection with the payment process:

  • Ensuring that all payment information provided to the Company or its payment processors is accurate, complete, and authorized. The client represents and warrants that they are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • Maintaining the security of their payment credentials, including card numbers, bank account details, and online banking login information. The Company is not responsible for unauthorized transactions resulting from the client’s failure to secure their payment credentials.
  • Notifying the Company promptly if the client becomes aware of any unauthorized use of their payment information in connection with transactions with the Company.
  • Verifying the accuracy of all invoices before making payment. The client should contact the Company at consulting@goldeneyeenterpise.com immediately if they identify any discrepancy in an invoice.
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations governing the source and legality of funds used to pay for the Company’s services. The Company does not accept payment from funds derived from illegal activities.
